Hawk Calls. Exclusive calls for contractors.
An exclusive call is a homeowner who called about a job you do, in the area you serve, and was sent to you and nobody else.
One call. One contractor. Nobody else.
You pay only when a call meets the full printed list. Your first 3 qualified calls are free. No contract. No bidding.
Takes about a minute. No payment details. No sales call to apply.

A contractor taking a call in his shop. This is the whole product: a homeowner on the phone, and you on the other end.
01 / The comparison
Shared leads vs. an exclusive call.
Read this table before you read anything else on this page. It is the whole argument in five rows.
| Shared leads | Hawk Calls, exclusive | |
|---|---|---|
| Who else gets the homeowner | Up to four other contractors, sometimes five. | Nobody. The call goes to you alone. |
| How you win the job | By calling back fastest and quoting lowest. | By doing good work and closing like a professional. |
| What you pay for | Every lead, even the ones you never had a chance at. | Only calls that meet the full printed list. |
| What a missed call costs you | Often the full price. Some platforms bill you for voicemails. | $0. Missed calls and voicemails go to overflow and never burn trial. |
| Cost per booked job | High. You pay for the ones you lose, then pay again in time. | Lower by construction. You pay only for qualified calls, so the maths starts in your favour. |
02 / How it works
Five steps. Nothing hidden.
Your trade, your area, your hours, your monthly cap.
One buyer per trade per market. Your slot is yours alone.
No app to install. No new number to learn.
Every line of the printed qualification list, applied in the open.
Flag it in the portal within 48 hours, listen to the recording, and it is decided Credit or Deny.
03 / The list
What counts as a qualified call. Printed in full.
A call counts only when every line below is true. This is the centrepiece of this page, and the reason the trial means anything. If any line fails, the call is Not Qualified at $0, and your trial is untouched.
A real homeowner with a real job, not a pitch, not a prank.
Inside your territory, not a wrong-area call that wastes your drive.
Work you actually do, confirmed on the call and on the recording.
A real conversation, not a hang-up, not a pocket dial.
The same caller to the same site within 24 hours does not count twice.
Every call stands up to its own recording.
And here is what never counts, no matter what:
Never counts. $0. Never burns trial.
Not your trade, not your call. Never counts.
Never counts. $0. Never burns trial.
The same caller within 24 hours does not count twice.
Never counts. $0. Never burns trial.
Never counts. $0. Never burns trial.
Sent to overflow. Never billed. Never burns trial.
The dispute window is 48 hours. Flag a call in the portal within 48 hours, listen to the recording, and it is decided Credit or Deny. A credited Billable call comes off your invoice. A credited trial call returns one trial call, up to 3. That window is stricter than eLocal at 4 days and Networx at 14 days.
One more rule, stated plainly: a homeowner who got a quote from you and decided not to hire you is not a bad lead. That is business, not a bad call.
04 / Not a good fit
Do not apply if any of this is you.
If calls go to voicemail all day, exclusive calls will not help you.
Take the work you have first. Come back when you can answer.
We are not the cheapest. We are the only one on the call.
That is a fair goal, and it is not what we sell. We sell calls, not a marketing department.
If none of that is you, keep reading.
05 / Trades
Pick your trade. The page changes to fit it.
Tap a trade and the application form below is filled in for you. One buyer per trade per market, so your trade is your territory.
Repairs, replacements, and storm work. Homeowners who need a roofer, not a list of roofers.
Leaks, floods, and drying. Calls from homeowners who need help now.
Cracks, settling, and piers. Homeowners who have already decided something is wrong.
Tubs, showers, and full remodels. Homeowners ready to talk about a real project.
Clogs, backups, and line work. Calls that need a truck, not a quote form.
Repairs and replacements, tank and tankless. Homeowners with no hot water do not shop around for long.
06 / Pricing
How the price is set, and the maths that matters.
The price is set per trade and per market, and it is confirmed after application. That is the whole pricing section, because a price printed before your territory is checked would be a guess, and guesses are how contractors get burned.
What matters is not the price per call. It is the cost per booked job. Here is the maths, with every assumption labeled:
WORKED EXAMPLE. ASSUMPTIONS LABELED.
Take 10 qualified calls. Assume 4 of them book a job. That is a 40 percent close rate, assumed, not a result. Your close rate will be your own.
If your price per qualified call is P, those 10 calls cost 10P. Divided by 4 booked jobs, each booked job cost 2.5P.
Put your own average job value next to that number and the answer is yours, not ours.
We publish no price list because the price is set per trade and per market, and a list would be wrong for half the people reading it.
07 / The trial
Three free qualified calls. Exact conditions.
First 3 qualified calls are free.
A failed call is $0 and never burns trial.
Missed calls and voicemails are $0 and never burn trial.
After the third trial call, a card is required within 48 hours to keep calls flowing, never before.
Your invoice sums Billable calls only.
Do not take our word for it. Take 3 free calls. That is the whole trial, and it is the strongest proof on this page, because you judge it with your own ears.

A crew heading to a job. The calls pay for the work. The work pays for the business.
08 / Availability
One seat per trade per market. Check yours.
We check by ZIP, not by promise. Enter your ZIP and the application form is filled in for you. If your seat is taken, the form will show you the waitlist, a neighbouring area, a service split, or a backup slot.
09 / Questions
Asked straight, answered straight.
What if I miss a call?
Then you pay nothing for it. Missed calls and voicemails go to overflow, they are never billed, and they never burn trial. You only ever pay for a qualified call you actually had, and a call you never took is not one.
What if a call is bad?
Then it does not count. The printed list is applied to every call, and if any line fails, the call is Not Qualified at $0 and your trial is untouched. If you believe a call should not have counted, flag it in the portal within 48 hours, listen to the recording, and it is decided Credit or Deny. A credited Billable call comes off your invoice, and a credited trial call returns one trial call, up to 3.
What counts as a qualified call?
Every line of the printed list must be true: genuine, in your area, real need, 60 seconds or more, not a 24-hour duplicate, and transcript and dispute reviewed. The full list is printed above, in section 03.
How fast do calls start?
We do not promise a start date on this page. Calls start after your territory is confirmed and your number is live. What is promised is the order: apply, territory check, portal setup, then calls ring your existing phone.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Pause from the portal when you are booked out, on holiday, or short-staffed, and calls stop until you resume. No ticket, no phone queue.
What do you need from me?
Answer the phone, keep your hours and territory current, and report bad calls within 48 hours. That is the whole job on your side. We do the call work.
10 / Apply
Apply for your market.
Six fields. No payment details. We check your territory, then contact you about your application.
This form is not a contract. It starts a territory check, nothing more.
