Exclusively for contractors who answer their own phone
When your phone rings, the job is yours to win or lose, and nobody else is calling about it. You pay per qualified call only, and your first three qualified calls are free.
No card to start. No sales call. No signature.
INCOMING CALL
Homeowner, Roofing
One call. One contractor. No race.
The phone rings, and three other contractors are already calling the same homeowner. You drive out, walk the job, write the estimate, follow up twice. Then you learn the homeowner hired someone three days ago. Your time is gone, and nobody pays you back for it.
That is the shared lead business. You pay to enter a race, and the prize for coming second is nothing. Not the job. Not your fuel. Not your Tuesday. Nothing.
And the advice is always the same. Buy more leads. Run ads yourself. Hire someone to run them. Post every day. Every option asks for your money first and offers proof later, if at all.

STEP 1
Minutes. Form only: trade, market, ZIPs. No sales call to apply, no card, no signature, no pay terms in the form.
Proof: the form asks for six things, and nothing else.
STEP 2
We confirm your slot is yours alone for your trade and market. If it is taken, you choose waitlist, a neighbouring area, a service split, or a backup slot.
Proof: one buyer per trade per market, never a shared slot.
STEP 3
You answer, you talk to a real homeowner in your area about work you do, you book the estimate before you hang up.
Proof: every call lands in your portal with its recording.
QUALIFICATION, PRINTED IN FULL
A real homeowner with a real job, not a pitch, not a prank.
Inside your territory, not a wrong area call that wastes your drive.
Work you actually do, confirmed on the call and on the recording.
A real conversation, not a hang up, not a pocket dial.
The same caller to the same site within 24 hours does not count twice.
Every call stands up to its own recording.
And here is what never counts, no matter what.
Never count. $0. Never burn trial.
Never count. $0. Never burn trial.
Never count. $0. Never burn trial.
Sent to overflow. Never billed. Never burn trial.
Any line fails, and the call is Not Qualified at $0, and your trial is untouched. If you believe a call should not have counted, flag it in the portal within 48 hours, listen to the recording, and it is decided Credit or Deny. A credited Billable call comes off your invoice. A credited trial call returns one trial call, up to 3.
That 48 hour window is stricter than the credit windows other lead sellers print. eLocal gives 4 days to request a credit. Networx gives 14 days. Hawk Calls gives you 48 hours, because a dispute that drags on for two weeks is not a dispute process, it is a delay.

Price is set per trade and per market, and confirmed after application. It is not printed on this page, and here is the one line why: a price printed before your trade and market are checked would be a guess, and guesses are how contractors get burned.
What matters is not the price per call. It is the price per booked job. Work it out like this:
Worked example, with the assumptions labelled.
Suppose 10 qualified calls come in. Assume 4 of them book. That is a 40% close rate, and it is an assumption, not a result. Nobody can promise you a close rate.
Take those 4 booked jobs and multiply by your own average job value. That number is yours, and no page can print it for you.
Now divide what you paid for the calls by the jobs you booked. That is your cost per booked job. If that number makes sense against your average job value, the calls make sense. If it does not, they do not. The point is the maths, not the number.
That is the honest way to judge any lead seller. Anyone who shows you a price without showing you this maths is selling you a number, not a business decision.
THE TRIAL, IN FULL
Your first 3 qualified calls are free. That is the whole risk reversal, and it is the only one this page needs.
First qualified call: 3 to 2. Second: 2 to 1. Third: 1 to 0. Counted in the portal, where you can always see it. Failed calls fill none of them. Missed calls fill none of them.
A card is required only within 48 hours after your third trial call, to keep calls flowing, and never before. You judge 3 real qualified calls free first. The card comes after the proof, not before it.
No long contract. No setup fee. No monthly fee. If the calls are not worth paying for, you will know before you have paid for one.
When a slot is taken, it is taken, and the next contractor gets the waitlist, not a share of your calls. There is no countdown and no number of seats left to print, because a number printed here would be theatre. The check is real: your trade, your ZIP, your market.
Your ZIP is carried into the application below. Nothing is checked until you apply.
Then you pay nothing for it. Missed calls and voicemails go to overflow, they are never billed, and they never burn trial. You only ever pay for a qualified call you actually had, and a call you never took is not one.
Then it does not count. The printed list is applied to every call, and if any line fails, the call is Not Qualified at $0 and your trial is untouched. If you believe a call should not have counted, flag it in the portal within 48 hours, listen to the recording, and it is decided Credit or Deny. A credited Billable call comes off your invoice, and a credited trial call returns one trial call, up to 3.
Every line of the printed list must be true: genuine, in your area, real need, 60 seconds or more, not a 24 hour duplicate, transcript and dispute reviewed. If any line fails, it is Not Qualified at $0.
After your territory is confirmed and your number is live. No date is promised on this page, because a date promised before your territory is checked would be another guess. What is promised is the order: apply, territory check, portal setup, then calls ring your existing phone.
No long contract. Pause from the portal when you are booked out, on holiday, or short staffed, and calls stop until you resume. No ticket, no phone queue.
Three things: answer your phone, answer it promptly, and tell us when a call should not have counted. The rest, the routing, the recording, the trial count, the invoice, lives in the portal.
Six fields. No payment details. No signature. This form is not a contract. Agreement is a separate step, by email, only if you agree to buy calls.
What happens next: we check your trade and market, then contact you about your slot.
